How To Eat Healthy - Sample of Paleo Desserts

Now just before I start my post on How to eat healthy with Paleo Diet, I would like to give credit to the author of this Recipe Book, Sebastian Noel. He is also the leading authority of Paleo Diet. Once being unhealthy with health issues and allergy, he had done many experiment and searching, Sebastian has finally changed his life with Paleo Diet.

Now with over 300+ recipe in his CookBook, here's a few sample of a Healthy breakfast and dessert menu:

1) Double Chocolate Cookies - Eat chocolate guilt free. This paleo recipe book favorite serves up a tray of sugarless dark chocolate cookies that will really hit the spot. Just make sure to enjoy them with moderation.

Ingredients
1 cup almond butter;
1 tbsp melted butter, ghee or coconut oil;
1 egg;
1/4 cup cocoa powder;
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips;
2 tsp vanilla extract;
A pinch of fine sea salt
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350 F.
Mix all the ingredients well together in a bowl.
Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper,
scoop out pieces of dough about 1 tbsp in size
and press them on the parchment paper in the
shape of a cookie. The cookies won’t expand or
change shape when cooked.
Place in the oven to bake for about 12 minutes,
until just cooked.

2Almond Flour Pancakes – These pancakes turn out crispy and crunchy. They’re best served with berries

1 cup almond flour;
2 eggs;
1/4 cup water;

A pinch of ground cinnamon;
Coconut oil, butter or ghee for cooking;

bowl and whisk everything together.Add the almond flour, cinnamon and a pinch of
salt and combine well.

of coconut oil or butter to coat and pour 1/8

pan.
3)Cook until brown on the underside, about 1 minute
and then flip and cook for another minute
on the other side.
